We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to giving low-income students access to a quality education that will close the achievement gap. If you know someone who would make a great member of our team, complete the referral form and we will contact them. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. On their three-month anniversary, we will send you a $1,000 referral bonus.
Referral Bonus FAQs
How do I receive a referral bonus?
Complete the referral form. In order to receive the referral bonus, your referral must list your full name in the “How did you learn about this position?” question on our application. Excluding ReGeneration’s school leaders and home office team, all are eligible for the referral bonus whether or not you work for ReGeneration Schools.
When do I receive the bonus?
Referral bonus is earned after the person you've referred has been employed at ReGeneration for three months. There is no limit to the number of educators you can refer.
