Why should I choose a charter school for my child?
Charter schools are public schools that are tuition free and open to all families. Families may choose a charter school that aligns with their child’s needs, whether that decision is based on the academic focus or culture of the school. Compared to traditional public schools, charter schools are held to higher standards with more accountability for student performance. Since charter schools are publicly funded, they are tuition-free, making high-quality education accessible to all.
ReGen is honored to be the top-performing school option for families in our communities. Families that have chosen ReGeneration embrace our rigorous academic environment and commitment to growth for all scholars.
How is ReGen different from other charter schools?
ReGeneration Schools is a nationally ranked charter school program building the leaders of tomorrow through our college prep and character development model. At ReGen, we specialize in math and reading, and are proud to be closing learning gaps faster than any other local school network. Having two teachers in kindergarten and first grade classrooms allows our earliest learners to receive twice the support during those important early years. Our caring and committed teachers ensure that every child is on a path to college, because we firmly believe that college is for everyone. ReGen is committed to providing a safe, structured, and rigorous learning environment where your child will thrive.
How can my child participate in sports programs?
Each ReGeneration campus offers different after school programs and enrichment opportunities. Please reach out to info@regenerationschools.org for more information or join an open house event to learn more!
Why does ReGen have a different schedule than other schools?
At ReGeneration Schools, every single minute matters. We maximize every minute of every day so that our scholars can remain laser focused on learning. We have five more days of school each year and an additional hour each day compared to a traditional public school.
What curriculum do you use?
ReGen’s nationally recognized common curriculum has a literacy and math focus that prepares each scholar for the rigors of college and builds a problem-solving mindset. At ReGeneration Schools, our scholars read a rich range of literature that beautifully mirrors their own identities and opens windows to the perspectives of others. This is how we build the next generation of critical thinkers, strong communicators, and compassionate leaders.
