Caleb Hausman

Caleb Hausman is an education leader committed to building education systems that prepare students to be the community leaders of tomorrow. He joined ReGeneration Schools as Chief of Staff in January 2026.

As Chief of Staff, Caleb drives organizational strategy, designs and implements organizational processes, and oversees key functions including data management, advancement, external affairs, and partner relationships.

Previously, Caleb served in leadership roles across K-12 and higher education, including as Director of Special Initiatives at The Chicago School, a national nonprofit university, and as Senior Research Manager at EAB, an education research and consulting firm. Across his career, Caleb has partnered with education leaders to scale their impact effectively, with an emphasis on academic growth and operational excellence. Caleb brings a skillset grounded in education strategy, communications, research, and policy to help advance ReGen’s mission of supporting students and communities.

Caleb holds a Master’s in Politics & Education from Teachers College - Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy Studies (with a focus in Education Policy) from Vanderbilt University.
