Colleen Puma

Colleen is a seasoned human resources and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the education industry. Her career includes leadership roles at Achievement First, where she advanced from Talent Recruiter to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Northeastern University. She is committed to fostering inclusive workplaces that attract and retain top talent. Some of her professional accomplishments include: teaching middle schoolers how to compose essays, leading a Teacher Certification Program, and leading recruitment for a network of 41 schools. She is thrilled to be working with this fantastic team of HR and Talent professionals at ReGeneration Schools.
