Joyia Johnson

Joyia is an accomplished professional in the field of youth development, bringing over a decade of experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville and a Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. Before joining ReGeneration as the Director of Operations, Joyia Johnson gained valuable experience as the Resource Coordinator for Clark Montessori High School. Her expertise in managing and supporting youth programs was further demonstrated in her role as the Director of Operations for Cincinnati's 1Vision Elite AAU Program. Her diverse background in education, sports administration, and public relations uniquely positions her to make a significant impact in her current role, where she continues to drive positive outcomes for the youth she serves.
