Roderick Johnson

A proud South Side Chicago native, Roderick brings more than 10 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, grade-level lead, and Dean of Students. Across each of these roles, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and ensuring student success. As he steps into the principal role, Roderick is excited to continue motivating a generation of world changers through rigorous instruction and character development, while leading with purpose, urgency, and a deep belief in what our students can achieve.
