Tiara Swartz 

Tiara attended Northwestern University where she graduated with a degree in Education and Social Policy and a minor in political science. Upon graduation, Tiara joined Teach for America and began teaching 4th grade at CICS Washington Park in Chicago, while completing her Master’s Degree in Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education. While at CICS Washington Park, Ms. Swartz was the Student Culture Lead and 4th Grade Team Lead. Prior to her role as Principal of ReGen Avondale, she served as the Network Director of Curriculum and Instruction for ReGen schools in both Chicago and Cincinnati.
